Caution: Intense cheesiness ahead...

We all know the classic line, "When life hands you lemons, make lemonade." I would say I am an avid believer in this statement, and while I do not always fully live it out in my life, I do try to make the best of it.

They always says things are harder when it is actually happening to yourself. I would also heavily agree with this statement. While we can only give advice and our insights, we never actually know what the other person is going through because we do not know ever aspect of their life, nor should we. An individual has the right to believe, do, create and master whatever they so choose, and as another individual I do not have the right to critique this at all. I know this is hard for you to believe but we shouldn't all go running around trying to mold and shape people in particular situations, instead we should offer advice, our words of wisdom and maybe some words of wisdom stolen from great people before us.

Because of my avid love for quotes, both life inspiring and helpful, I usually turn to words for answers. I try to recreate these words in my life, I'm not saying it always works, but I wake up every morning and think of two things, "I want something good to happen today" and something I would really rather not post on my blog because it is a personal thought. Anyways, I always want something good to happen because I feel like if you think it you believe it. (Cheesy I know, just bare with me) I had a communications teacher once tell me that you should always think of something positive and good about your life first thing in the morning. This is when I first started "thinking positively"first thing in the morning and at times it is hard to wake up and be positive, but if the first thing you think of is positive then your day will be too.

So, back to lemons and lemonade. Everyone has problems in their life. Everyone has sacrifices they have to make and responsibilities they have to uphold.  We all have issues no one else knows about and we all have thoughts no one else hears. My dad recently told me that you should always tell someone you are fine because 99% of people don't want to hear about how crappy your life is or what is happening. Thus, this is why most of us tell the most common lie daily, "I'm fine." I understand and have been there, I get that there are days you don't want to get out of bed. But I always believe that if you start to make positive things happen in your life, your life will eventually actually be fine and you will be a stable happy person (as much as we all can be).

Now that I have ranted about my beliefs and turning your life into lemonade, I hope that you all can think positively about at least one thing everyday. It may be a fleeting moment, a dream or a reality, but if it is special and positive to you then slowly your life will become positive and special as well.

And if you ever need some advice, I have got plenty of cheesy quotes to fill up at least a days worth of your time.
