Since I am on Christmas break now (for the most part), I will try and do better about posting. I know you have been anxiously waiting (NOT).
So, many of you may be curious...............I DID IT. I actually gave up Diet Coke for an entire 7 days. I actually ended up going about 8 and then I decided to have one, and believe it or not it took me almost an entire day to drink one little bottle. The taste was definitely not appealing anymore. I am going to try and keep this up.
I did have one AMAZING experience while I was no longer drinking Diet Coke. I take Zumba, not as often as I would like, and before class the other day I decided to run AND take Pilates. I am not the "runner" I would like to be (my mind gets in the way), but on this day I somehow ran an entire mile and a half WITHOUT stopping. I would have kept going too but class was starting. It may not seem like much, but that was a pretty exciting moment for myself.

I also just realized that I should be drinking some 76 ounces of water a day. Ummmm......can you say bathroom break every 30 minutes.
But since tomorrow is December 1st, I am going to get on the workout train. I am going to become fully committed and I am going to hopefully lose A LOT of weight. (I won't tell you my goal or what I want to weigh or any of that -- too personal)
Currently I am researching some motivational workout/kick butt songs and planning out a great nutritional diet. I am going to get a one month head-start on my New Year's resolution.
